Uh... I understand the symbolism just fine, as I am native myself. But the one thing that stood out to me the most was the paw print. I'm going to assume it's meant to be a bear due to the shape of the "palm". But than it also has four toes... It's the number of toes that has me confused. Wolves have four, and bears are meant to have five. Other than that, the feathers look a little too crowded in my opinion.
