I would not say it's exactly the same as that pic ( http://www.selinafenech.com/catalog.php?item=483 ). The angel in this tattoo has a much different belly and feet. It's very creative.

That artwork has been done by Selina Fenech, an Australian artist.Its called Love Me Not. I doubt your man Woody came up with that. Heres the link if u dont believe me.
