Each kanji has the meaning of "never" "forget" "nephew" from the top. But this is not how Japanese usually writes. We Japanese have to use hiragana characters along with kanji, with "never" coming the last in order to express the meaning. Maybe this is written by Chinese. Word order is like that of Chinese.
