The tatoo is beautiful with the exception of the hand it reminds me of ET you should find a good detailed artist to see if they can add something right there to make the hand appear more natural.
This isnt the first time I have come accross this common issue we have seen with alot of tatoo artists as the hands can be very difficult with some artists. It can ruin a perfect murial.
