Classic American Eagle Tattoo

It's a classic old-school eagle, done in black, white and gold. It's on my right shoulder.

It was done by Eve, of 'Eve's Tattoo Parlour' in Torquay, UK ... who was fantastic.

I really wanted an old-school design, as that to my mind is really what tattooing is all about.

I'd wanted one since I was about 17, so at the age of 39 I finally got around to it (plus, I'd had 22 years to choose the design)

Took one-and-three-quarter hours, didn't hurt a bit (like a kitten licking your arm) and almost fell asleep.

Really, really pleased - job well done...
