I went to a Tattoo Expose that is held here in Naples,Italy last year. I looked at some of the artists work, and I happened to pick this one, which happens to be a local artist.

IVANO TATTOOS IN Varcaturo, Italy.

I showed him a small picture of this Tattoo, and he drew freehand the entire piece, it took him 5 hours and it turned out beautiful.
