Arabic Tattoo With Meaning

To make a long story short, i was deployed to Iraq and US military are pretty much trained to hate all Arabic people. while arriving into Iraq i met the interpreter that was assigned to work with us. i know him as 'Godman' that was his fake name. they cannot use there real names due to the threat to their families and themselves.

he watched over me and kept me safe in every situation that came our way, and ill guarantee hes the reason i'm alive. which is something ill never be able to repay him for and will be thankful for him being in my life (even for that short time) for the rest of my life! from day one he has always called me 'Hasnah' and one day i asked what that meant and he replied "it means beautiful in Arabic".

then i remembered all the military training i had and in that moment my eyes really opened up. how could i have been so naive and ignorant! while saying goodbye to him i told him he will be someone i will remember for the rest of my life. so when i got home the first thing i did was get a tattoo with the word 'Hasnah' in Arabic and now i look at it and think about him everyday. i still get goosebumps when i look at that tattoo know the only reason i'm here, because of him!
